- Refurbishment Notice: The Kings Perth Hotel are pleased to inform that they will be embarking on a remodeling of their rooms. The project work is already underway, and it is anticipated that they will have some deluxe rooms ready for sale by September 2011. Please note that the property will remain open for business throughout the refurbishment, and all other guest facilities such as the Kings Art Cafe, Functions Rooms and Petty Sessions Lounge Bar are unaffected and will remain open for business as usual. Every effort will be made to keep the disturbance from the renovations to a minimum, with the main work being carried out from between the hours of 10.00 am and 6.00 pm.
